FOR SCHOOLS AND LIBRARIES

Already receiving E-rate?
There may be more savings.

CTF can reduce eligible costs remaining after E-rate by an additional 50%, subject to program rules.

For example, an 80% E-rate discount followed by CTF covering half the eligible balance can bring your share to 10% of the original eligible service cost. Separate CTF approval, funding documentation, and the E-rate invoice method matter. Schools and libraries that have not applied for E-rate may still have a statewide-average adjustment applied before CTF is calculated.

*Discount applies to eligible monthly recurring service charges, not the entire bill. Approval, participating provider products, service use, and other funding affect eligibility and the calculation. E-rate and Rural Health Care Program support are accounted for before CTF where applicable.
