CTF Advisors is a division of Green Razor Communications, LLC. This policy describes how we handle information collected through ctfadvisors.com and inquiries about our consulting services. It does not describe the practices of the California Public Utilities Commission or imply affiliation with the State of California.
Information you provide
When you request an assessment, contact us, or book a consultation, we collect the information you provide. Our current assessment form asks for first and last name, email address, optional phone number, number of California locations, CTF status, and a description of the help requested. We may also receive correspondence and information about your organization's connectivity needs that you choose to provide during follow-up.
Please do not include passwords, account credentials, sensitive personal information about the people your organization serves, or information unrelated to your request in the inquiry form.
Website usage and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our website. It uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about page visits, site interactions, referral sources, and browser/device characteristics. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy information. Our website's Google Analytics configuration runs on the production domain and its www address; our staging site's visits are excluded from this Analytics property.
Google signals and Google's user-provided data collection feature are disabled. Analytics collects granular location and device information. Advertising personalization is allowed in the property settings, although no Google Ads account is currently linked. The Analytics account also allows sharing with Google for product and service improvement, aggregated modeling and business insights, technical support, and business recommendations. These settings may change, and Google's privacy information explains its processing.
Our hosting and service providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. HubSpot provides our embedded inquiry form and meeting scheduler and processes information submitted through those tools. HubSpot's privacy information is available at https://legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.
How we use information
We use inquiry and booking information to respond, arrange consultations, understand your organization's needs, discuss the scope and pricing of potential services, and provide requested consulting support.
We also use contact information to send marketing communications about our services. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. You can use that link or contact info@ctfadvisors.com to ask us to stop sending marketing emails. We may still contact you to respond to an inquiry or provide services you requested.
When we disclose information
We use service providers for website hosting, analytics, form handling, meeting scheduling, and business communications. Those providers process information in connection with the services they supply.
We share information you provide in an inquiry with carriers and other business partners in connection with quotes, referrals, and related services. These partners do not use the inquiry information we share for their own marketing. We receive referral commissions in connection with referrals to carriers or other partners.
We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with protecting legal rights, responding to lawful requests, or addressing security incidents, subject to applicable law.
Retention
We have not established a fixed retention period for inquiry and contact records. Those records may remain in our business systems unless deleted. You may contact us with a deletion request, which we will review subject to applicable obligations.
Our current Google Analytics settings retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with the user retention period resetting on new activity. These settings do not establish a deletion schedule for inquiry records, and aggregated Analytics reports may be retained separately.
Your choices and requests
You can contact info@ctfadvisors.com or call (800) CTF-1590 with privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided. We will review requests and respond as applicable, including any necessary identity checks and legal retention obligations.
You can use browser settings to manage cookies. Browser controls do not necessarily affect information already submitted to our form or booking provider. Google offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our website currently does not provide an on-site cookie preference tool or change its tracking behavior in response to browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Security
We use HTTPS for website connections. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and update the effective date.
